Creator Program Terms & Conditions

The essentials

We gift you one free corset. In return, within 14 days of receiving it, you publish one photo post and one video reel featuring the product, share an honest account of your FashionBid experience, tag @fashionbid.co, and clearly disclose that the item was gifted. No cash is exchanged.

Full terms
  1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or over, hold a public Instagram, TikTok or Facebook account with a genuine, engaged audience, and be in a country we ship to.
  2. What we provide. One complimentary corset or eligible product, subject to availability and your size, with free worldwide shipping and duties paid. The program involves gifted product only — no cash payment.
  3. What you agree to create. Within 14 days of receiving your product: (a) at least one photo post featuring it, (b) at least one video reel or short, and (c) an honest description of your experience with FashionBid. Please tag @fashionbid.co and use #FashionBid.
  4. Honest opinions. Your content must reflect your genuine experience. We do not require positive reviews and will never script your content.
  5. Disclosure. You must clearly disclose the gifted or collaborative nature of the content as required where you live (for example #ad or #gifted, or the platform's paid-partnership tools). Compliance is your responsibility.
  6. Content rights. By taking part you grant FashionBid and Corset Wholesale Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, display and use your tagged content across our website, social channels and marketing, with credit where practical. You confirm you are entitled to grant these rights.
  7. Selection. Submitting the form does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications and contact selected creators by email.
  8. One product. The gift is one product per creator unless otherwise agreed in writing. Replacements are only offered if an item arrives damaged.
  9. Taxes. Any taxes due on the value of the gifted product in your jurisdiction are your responsibility.
  10. Conduct. Content must not be unlawful, hateful, defamatory or infringe anyone's rights. We may end a collaboration and request removal of content that breaches these terms.
  11. Privacy. The details you submit, including your address, are used only to assess your application, ship your product and coordinate the collaboration, in line with our Privacy Policy.
  12. Changes. We may update or end the program at any time. The terms that applied when you were accepted govern your collaboration.
